A Study on Medical Behaviors of the Consumer


Abstract
The purpose of this study is to research the factors that patients, who are consumers in the hospital industry, consider when selecting special clinics and hospitals to receive their treatement.
The findings are as follows
1. The result of the research should that clinics were most commonly used in the commulnity when receivilzg treatment.
2. The result showed that the factors most commonly cited by the people of the community when considering which special clinics or hospital would be used(in order of frequency) were : Q1 convenience of traffic Q knowledge & skill of the physicians detailed explanations of the pysicians.
3. The departments most commonly desired by the people of the community in the special clinics and hospital were : Ophalmology, Obstrics & Gynecology, Dermatology, Orthopedic surgery, Home dectoring.
4. The result of the research should that specialty clinics that treat only males or females would be the most needed clinics for people in the community.
